On April 18, 2018, TESDA-CVS Commencement exercises show students’ success after years of hard work and dedication. It depicts the amount of desire to achieve their dreams and their dedication in achieving them. During this night, parents, guardians and students undeniably reflected what their hearts’ desires, their joys, their harvests and their sense of achievement. The ceremony, acted as an instrument of unity and love, friendship and commitment, it was also a night of fun and laughters, where even parents, guests and the Provincial Director of TESDA Tarlac, Dir. Elizabeth DM. Manio, participated in the “Pambansang Body and Mind Booster ( BAMB)” of TESDA-CVS, where everybody were encouraged to dance and eventually motivated to give their best dance moves.
