CVS EIM NC II Graduate Soars High as Lead Electrician: A Success Story

Sharing stories of success is one of the most important things to motivate and inspire others. TESDA’s success stories deeply touch personal lives and change others to become better individuals.

Mr. Ramon T. Tabanao, TESDA-CVS’ batch 2016 EIM NCII graduate tells his real story of the incredible progress he achieved, he is now a lead electrician of the on going construction of the additional 4-storey building of BS Aquino National High School, in Concepcion, Tarlac. He stated that few days before he graduated, he already had his first job as assistant to the lead electrician during the construction of  Comillas National High School in La Paz Tarlac, since then, he was observed to be very efficient and accurate in his job. His career then started to soar high heading to becoming the lead electrician at present.

During the interview,  overwhelmed with how TESDA-CVS changed his life, he humbly enumerated how he helped his family, he was able to send his other siblings to school, helped in the financial hard up of the family, occasionally experienced recreation and relaxation, bought some home appliances and more than enough food in the table, according to him, all of these were all because of life’s hardships which he made use of  as a motivation to make life easy and comfortable.

He also encouraged parents and youth not to make poverty a barrier to have a  successful life, instead, use life’s challenges as a source of inspiration and motivation.

As his last words “Binago ng TESDA-CVS hindi lang po ang buhay ko, kundi ang buong pamilya ko, maraming salamat po sa lahat ng bumubuo ng TESDA-CVS lalong lalo na po sa aming trainor, kay Engr. Marlon A Felix sa pagshare ng kanyang kaalaman, muli po, maraming salamat sa inyong lahat”.
