Year End Assessment 2017 and Planning Workshop 2018

The evaluation of self who belongs in an institution is an important factor in success. It is used for a variety of purposes and helps an individual or an entity to reflect on its performance to gauge the strengths and work on the weaknesses. In the course of TESDA-CVS, each one is evaluatedguided by a set of bases.

It is important therefore, that the concept of self-evaluation in institution should be encouraged so that every individual gets a real chance to examine himself. TESDA-CVS believes that employee development creates a learning culture in the organization where every employee is motivated to learn new skills and acquire new learnings an extra external and internal push is needed.
On December 20-21, 2017 at Goshen Resort in Bamban, Tarlac, TESDA-CVS personnel headed by its Vocational School Administrator, Dr. Alvin L. Yturralde successfully conducted the Year End Staff Development and Dr. Benny Samson Soliman imparted his expertise as the resource speaker. Motivating one another in inculcating the habit of practicing the spirit of initiative andencouraging them enhance their skills along with their jobs. Thank you Dr. Benny the countless realizations.
